A muLLie in Holland
Received this sweet photo from Zara's mom.
She loves her new muLLie named 'MakeUp'.
I'm sure they will have a lot of fun adventures together.
I wonder if MakeUp will end up in some wooden shoes? ;)

muLLie madness!
I've been a busy little muLLie maker this last little while getting a bunch of muLLies ready for the Filberg Festival in Comox Aug 3 - 6. This is what 104 muLLies look like! They've officially taken over my entire staircase.
They have all been priced and named (all names start with an "M" of course) and are ready for adoption at the Filberg. Hope to see you there!
This muLLie was adopted a couple weeks before the festival by an adorable 6 year old named Adam. He has been loving up his muLLie big time according to his mom. Aren't they cute together?

The show is being held at the Purple Onion Deli on Port Augusta Street in Comox and will run from now until the end of July. Here are a couple new pieces of mine that you will find there...

Stop Motion Video of me painting a Pet Portrait!
I've seen artists doing stop motion videos of them painting from start to finish and I've been wanting to try this for ages! I loved watching them, they're fun! So when I was approached from a local business about doing a different kind of stop motion project, I thought it was time for me to give this whole thing a try to see how it works. I found the timer for my DSLR and since I had this small pet portrait commission to do I tried it on that and it worked pretty slick! I need to figure out a way to get the lighting more even for the next ones I do but overall I'm happy how it turned out for my first try.
Have a look and watch a pet portrait come alive :)
